WorldSkills Championship 2019 in Kazan (IMS)

1. We collected the requirements for the Incident Management System (ICS) and started its development. After the system was finalized, it was deployed on the customer's cloud capacities.
2. During the Russian championship, we supported the system 24/7.
3. Prepared the system for the international championship, trained users.
4. During the international championship, the system was maintained 24/7.
As a result of our work, we received the gratitude of the WorldSkills-2019 management.

FIFA 2018 Fan Festival in Saransk (IT infrastructure)

1. We developed and approved the concept of IT infrastructure in Russian and English and all project documentation. We have developed a Wi-Fi coverage map of the territory of the Fans' Festival in Saransk.
2. We deployed a Wi-Fi network on Sovetskaya Square and adjacent territories in Saransk. An optical communication line was deployed.
3. During the championship, we provided round-the-clock operation of service (more than 20 networks) and public Wi-Fi, making possible up to 7000 simultaneous connections with a speed of 2 Mbit/sec. We organized the smooth functioning of the user authorization system. We provided HDTV signal transmission for broadcasting and for transmitting highlights to the International Broadcasting Center.
4. After the championship, all the equipment was dismantled, the object was handed over to the city in its original condition and we received gratitude from the customer for the excellent work done.

What we did:

International Exhibition EXPO 2017 in Astana (Accreditation)

International Exhibition EXPO 2017 in Astana (Main Operating Center and IMS)

1. Developed and agreed on the roadmap of the Accreditation function. We planned the equipment of the center for issuing accreditation cards.
2. Launched the first release of the accreditation system. We have planned the quantity of staff and the requirements for them. We have developed and sent to all participant countries an Accreditation Guide and a form for collecting personal data. We have deployed an accreditation center. We have started recruiting staff.
3. We have developed a regulation for cooperation with government agencies, an accreditation regulation, and a matrix of risks. The zoning was done, the categories and roles for accredited persons and transport were agreed on.
4. We have developed and agreed on a Training Manual for staff and volunteers, design and requirements for accreditation cards and supplies. We carried out the integration of the accreditation system and the access control system (ACS). We launched the verification of accreditation cards using mobile terminals.
5. We launched the accreditation system and worked out the operational period in the normal mode.

1. Developed recommendations and a plan for the development and implementation of the Main Operations Center (MOC), recommendations for the scheme of managing the operational functioning of the exhibition, the organization in the normal mode, the structure and composition of the MOC, emergency management systems.
2. Developed and implemented an incident management system.
3. Developed a matrix of incidents, a list of 162 possible emergency situations during the exhibition, broken down by functional areas.
4. We formed Interdepartmental Response Regulations. Also, we developed information and training materials.
5. We conducted operational preparedness testing – internal trainings and rehearsals, large-scale exercises with the participation of external groups.
6. Throughout the exhibition, the incident management system was maintained 24/7.

FIFA International Broadcasting Center in 2018

1. Developed and agreed on the draft communication networks. We deployed optical communication lines, installed and configured communication networks.
2. At the championship, we provided round-the-clock operation of communication networks and 24/7 support.
3. After the championship, we dismantled all the equipment, handed over the object in its original condition and received gratitude from the customer for the excellent work done.
